Positive: Cottage was cute, great location, bed was soft and slept good. Nice sheets & comforter.Victor was very nice and came right over when we had an issue.
Negative: Towels and wash cloths need upgrading. Need a few more glasses.possibly replace window blinds in living room so they can be raised
Summary: We loved our first time in NO and would definitely choose this cottage again
